Teams
Registration is paid annually in August and competitive matches are played from September to May the following year.
Junior Academy: Under 7
U7 are children who are under 7 years of age on 1 January
U7 train one night a week for one hour
This age group may enter competitive matches in the second half of the season from Feb-May in preparation for teams entering U8
This age group has a boys team and girls team
Junior Teams: Under 8 to Under 11
U8 through to U11 have one to two practices of one hour per week
Some age groups at RUFC have both a boys and a girls team
Girls can play on a boys team until 13 years of age
Matches are played either on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Each age group enters either as a Saturday league team or a Sunday league team
